Lynn Mad Plume, PhD, MPH

A member of the Amskapi Pikunii from Two Medicine, MT, holds an MPH in American Indian Public Health and a PhD in Indigenous Health from the University of North Dakota. Grounded in both her research and her heritage, Lynn is passionate about improving the lives of Indigenous communities through policy development, Indigenous research methodology, and the integration of horsemanship.

Erika Mad Plume

A member of the Amskapi Pikuni from Two Medicine, MT, Erika completed her B.S.W. at SKC in 2024 and will graduate in 2025 with dual licensure as a LAC/LCSW. Passionate about Indigenous social work and equine therapy, Erika is dedicated to integrating her cultural knowledge and traditional practices into her work, using them as a foundation for healing and connection within her community.

Kelsey Mad Plume

A member of the Amskapi Pikuni from Two Medicine, MT, Kelsey is currently working toward a Bachelor's in Animal Science with a minor in Ag Business Management at MSU, where she also serves as Miss Indian MSU. Kelsey is dedicated to sharing her cultural bond with horses, inspiring youth by showcasing the important role horses play in Blackfeet heritage and their connection to the community.
