At Two Powers Land Collective Incorporated, our team is dedicated to fostering wellness through culturally-embedded, land-based learning. We are proud to introduce the individuals who are passionate about strengthening our kinship with lands, waters, animals, and food sources to support the community in reclaiming our identity as beings who are integral to the ecology.

Jeri Lawrence
Blackfeet

Jeri brings a wealth of experience and expertise rooted in her educational background and extensive career in environmental management and Indigenous affairs. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Montana State University and pursued graduate coursework in Resource Management at Central Washington University under a Native American Fellowship. Jeri's journey includes pivotal roles such as Nonpoint Source Coordinator at FBICC, where she spearheaded water pollution prevention initiatives, and Terrestrial Invasive Species Coordinator for the Blackfeet Nation, overseeing program operations and fostering collaborations across tribal and governmental entities. Her dedication extends to roles like Project Consultant for Blackfeet Constitution Reform and Deputy Tribal Historic Preservation Officer, reflecting her commitment to cultural preservation and community advancement. With a robust background in Renewable Energy and GIS expertise, Jeri is poised to lead with a profound understanding of environmental stewardship and strategic governance.

Lynn Mad Plume, MPH, PhD(c)
Blackfeet

Ms. Lynn Mad Plume is a member of the  Amskapi Piikani (Blackfeet Nation) from Two Medicine, MT., located on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. Lynn comes from the Green Wood Burner society located along the lower Two Medicine River, where her people still reside today. Lynn completed a Master of Public Health with a specialization in American Indian Public Health from North Dakota State University in 2019. Lynn completed her undergraduate degree in community health, with a minor in sociology at Montana State University in 2016. Lynn is nearing completion of a PhD in Indigenous Health from the University of North Dakota, graduating August, 2024. Lynn is passionate about improving the lives of Indigenous communities through policy development and culturally responsive research methodologies. Culturally responsive methodologies re-center Indigenous peoples within their ways of knowing. Lynn’s research focuses are; Indigenous Evaluation, Arts-Based Research Methods, Culturally-Responsive Methodology,  Indigenous/Native knowledge production, Indigenous Methodology and Healing-Centered Engagement.

Erika Mad Plume, B.S.W
Blackfeet

Erika Mad Plume is a member of the  Amskapi Piikani (Blackfeet Nation) from Two Medicine, MT., located on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. Erika comes from the Green Wood Burner society located along the lower Two Medicine River. Erika completed her B.S.W at Salish Kootenai College in 2024, and will be attending Carroll College working toward her M.S.W in the year 2025. Erika enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs Buck, Daisy, Oakley and Makoyi.

Kelsey Mad Plume
Blackfeet

Kelsey Mad Plume is a member of the  Amskapi Piikani (Blackfeet Nation) from Two Medicine, MT., located on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. Kelsey comes from the Green Wood Burner society located along the lower Two Medicine River. Kelsey is currently working toward a Bachelor's in Animal Science at Montana State University, where she also serves as Miss Indian MSU. Kelsey enjoys going on hikes and spending time with her golden retriever, Amaro.
